Ava Gracen Grainger

Where she is now:

I have been modeling across the Carolinas and will graduate from Coastal Carolina University in December with plans of attending law school next August.

Favorite GFW memory:

My favorite GFW memory is definitely from the first hour after being announced the first GFW top model. I was so shocked and received so much love and kindness from the staff, models, and attendees. Celebrating the event afterwards with our GFW family is certainly a cherished moment in my life.

Greatest modeling accomplishment:

I am very proud of the modeling I did with Belk when I was just beginning my career. I was 8 years old and worked so regularly with Belk that I became the face for one of the brands.

Where she is now:

Sonya is a professional model across the Southeast residing in Greenville, SC.

Favorite GFW memory:

Hearing my name called as Top Model and the sisterhood that was formed.

Being published on the cover of several publications.

Augusta Roach

Where she is now:

Studying Fashion Merchandising and Retailing at the University of South Carolina in the Honors College.

Favorite GFW memory:

It is hard to pick one favorite memory with Greenville Fashion Week as I have been a participant since its inaugural year. My most favorite memory would have to be getting to be a part of the children's show as an emcee and do their final walk with them. It is so special to see the confidence flourish in each little girl and boy during the event in the same way that my confidence grew when I first participated in GFW at the age of 14.

Greatest modeling accomplishment:

Since GFW, I have signed with two modeling agencies and have had endless modeling experiences I would have never dreamed of having. My greatest accomplishment would have to be walking for Sherri Hill in New York Fashion Week 2022. It was a childhood dream of mine and it finally came true.

Where she is now:

I am currently a senior at the University of South Carolina majoring in business Management and Marketing with a minor in Retail with plans to move to New York City post graduation in May.

Favorite GFW memory:

My favorite memory would have to be shooting the promotional video at Fluor Field. Flying in and landing on the field in the helicopter felt like an amazing scene out of a movie.

Greatest modeling accomplishment:

One of my greatest modeling accomplishments was being published in Southern Bride magazine for an editorial bridal photoshoot.

Where she is now:

I am a Freshman at Tri- County with plans to transfer to Clemson University majoring in Communications.

Favorite GFW Memory:

My favorite GFW moment was this past year’s runway portion of the top model competition. I knew I wanted the job as GFW Top Model, so I gave it my all! I have never felt so confident in my life as I did that night walking in my favorite black dress!

Greatest modeling accomplishment:

One of my biggest modeling accomplishments is getting to travel as a model for LeFemme to Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas and Chicago.

I was scouted by Select Model Agency through Greenville Fashion Week two years ago at the Model training day. I signed with them a year ago and have had several print and runway jobs modeling jewelry, swimsuits, and formal wear.
