WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? 

 

Tickets to Greenville Fashion Week are Non-Refundable.

HOW MUCH ARE GFW TICKETS? 

 

Ticket pricing varies by event. Kid & Tween Matinee Tickets range from $45-$100/ticket with select VIP Tables being available for this specific event.  Nightly Runway shows start at $75-$250/ticket. VIP Tables are also available for purchase. Please see each individual event for specific pricing. Pricing is based upon row of seating and access areas.

VIP TABLE

Table for 4 – $1,200

Your VIP Table includes:

• Premier end-of-runway seating for four guests

• One bottle of champagne

• Dedicated cocktail service (Cash Bar @7PM)

• Early access to the venue at 5:30 PM

• Entry to the VIP Lounge from 5:30–7:00 PM featuring:
  • Open bar
  • VIP swag bags for all 4 guests
  • Light bites

VIP FRONT ROW 

The ultimate runway experience — extremely limited availability.

Guests will enjoy:

• Premier front row seating with the best individual view

• Early access to the venue at 5:30 PM

• Exclusive entry to the VIP Lounge from 5:30–7:00 PM, featuring:
  • Open bar
  • VIP swag bag
  • Light bites

SECOND ROW

Includes reserved second row seating, cash bar. Doors open at 6:00PM.

THIRD ROW

Includes reserved third row seating, cash bar. Doors open at 6:00PM.

FOURTH - SIXTH ROW 

Includes reserved fourth-seventh row seating, cash bar. Doors open at 6:00PM.

WHO NEEDS A TICKET? 

 

All attendees must purchase a ticket to each specific event. Children over the age of 3 will need their own ticket.

IS THEIR HANDICAP SEATING AVAILABLE? 

 

Yes, should you need handicap seating, please email info@gvlfashionweek.com.

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE DOOR, IF I DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE ONLINE?

We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets as soon as possible.  Most of our runway shows with reserved seating sell out before the day of the show.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK? 

​​

There is no onsite parking available at this year’s venue, The 405. We encourage guests to use Uber, Lyft, or park at the lot located at 301 River Street. From there, enjoy a short walk to the venue via the Swamp Rabbit Trail, which provides easy and scenic access.

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY? 

​

Clear bags or small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO A GREENVILLE FASHION WEEK EVENT? 

 

Greenville Fashion Week is all about style. Many of our guests use our shows as an opportunity to go all out with their look.  Our week day events are typically more casual with attire ranging from dressy casual to semiformal.  Our Friday and Saturday evening shows are when you'll see many award show red carpet looks. Whatever you decide to wear to GFW, remember to use your personal style.  Photos will be taken at the event, so be ready to strut your stuff!

CAN I GET UP FROM MY SEAT TO USE THE RESTROOM OR GET A DRINK WHILE THE SHOW IS GOING ON? 

​

Out of respect for the designers and retail partners that have worked so hard on their collections, we do ask that you only get up from your seat in between shows and not during a designer's or retail partner's runway show segment.  Please also wait until the runway segment has ended before returning to your seat.

WHAT IS THE EVENT TIMELINE OF A TYPICAL GFW RUNWAY SHOW? 

​

Most of our runway shows start with doors opening for cocktails (cash bar) and mingling at 6PM unless you have early access with a VIP ticket with doors opening at 5:30PM for the VIP Lounge.   Our emcee will announce when it's time to get seated for the runway show, typically around 7:15pm.  The first half of the show includes 4-5 collection segments and will last approximately an hour.  There will be a 10 minute intermission before the second half of the show starts.  Each show in total lasts around 2.5-3 hrs from the start of the first collection on the runway to the last.

 

Our Kids + Tween matinee show doors will open at 1PM for cocktails(cash bar) and mingling. Our emcee will announce when it's time to take your seat for the show to begin at 2:00PM. The duration of this particular show is roughly 1.5 hours. During Saturday's show our Shop the Runway is also open for attendees to shop with some of our vendors and retail partners.

CAN I BRING A CAMERA TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE RUNWAY SHOW?

​

Cell phones are allowed. However, any professional camera with detachable lens, tripod or other commercial equipment is not permitted. GFW requires an official Photographer Application for such credentials. All official photos will be uploaded into our 2025 gallery and will be available for you to share and download following the event.
