Greenville Fashion Week (GFW) stands as one of the top regional fashion weeks in the country, aspiring to match the production caliber of New York Fashion Week (NYFW). Our mission is to redefine industry standards and elevate the fashion landscape. GFW is dedicated to orchestrating top-tier runway shows that spotlight the immense talent of chosen designers, presenting their latest and most innovative collections.

One of our goals is to ensure that each emerging designer gains the visibility they deserve and assists in the establishment and growth of their brand. GFW provides an array of marketing opportunities and a high-end runway showcase, promising an unparalleled platform for your collection. We want YOU to be noticed, and we want to help build your brand.

Prospective applicants must showcase creativity, maintain high-quality standards, and exhibit broad appeal to a diverse consumer base. The selected designers will have the prestigious chance to present their original designs at Greenville Fashion Week 2024. Each collection must be original designs, debuting at Greenville Fashion Week.

What defines an Emerging Designer?  The loose definition of an Emerging Designer

 is a label that you’re familiar with, but wouldn’t quite consider to be a household

 name—at least not yet. 

 ​

Selected Emerging Designers are responsible for their own travel and related expenses, and for transporting their collection to Greenville — as well as all costs associated with designing/creating their looks for their runway show. No age restrictions or specific experience is required. However, those under 18 will need parent/guardian permission to apply.

All Applicants MUST complete the online application, meet ALL availability requirements mentioned in the Emerging Designer FAQ and pay the $50.00 application processing fee in order to be considered.If selected, each designer will be required to pay a $250 designer fee in order to participate. This fee is non-refundable. Please consider this before submitting payment and your application.

Submissions must be completed by February, 10 2024.

Emerging Fashion Designer Finalists will be notified by  February 15, 2024.
