All 2020 tickets will be transferred to our 2021 shows. Our ticketing team will be reaching out to each ticket holder in the coming weeks regarding their tickets.
Limited additional tickets will be available for purchase starting June 1st Please mark your calendar has we have downsized the number of attendees this year and expect tickets to go very quickly!

KID/TWEEN MODEL FAQ
#1 HOW DO I APPLY MY CHILD/TWEEN TO BE CONSIDERED FOR GREENVILLE FASHION WEEK (GFW) 2024?
There are three easy steps to apply.Complete the online application. Upload headshot and full body image within application.Pay the $35 application processing fee.
*Please note that your application will not be reviewed until the online payment is completed.
#2 WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION?
Entries must be received no later than 8 p.m. (EST) on November 17, 2023 in order to secure an audition time. Auditions will take place on Sunday, December 3, 2023– call time to be determined by GFW.
#3 WHAT IF I MISS THE DEADLINE? IS MY CHILD / TWEEN STILL ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND AUDITIONS?
To secure an audition, you MUST submit an online application by the deadline outlined above. Video submissions will NOT be accepted. There will be NO makeup auditions- models must audition in person at their designated audition time should they be selected.
* Models must meet the age requirement (see #4 for details), pay a $35 application-processing fee, and complete the official GFW Child/ Tween Model Application. Models that do not meet these requirements will not be seen by GFW.
#4 WHAT REQUIREMENTS MUST CHILD / TWEEN POSSESS TO BE CONSIDERED?
Child models must be 5-11 years of age by April 1, 2024, disciplined, independent and be able to follow directions well. Parents will not be allowed backstage during auditions or during the Child/ Tween Show on Saturday, April 6, 2024.
Tween models must be 11-14 years of age by April 1, 2024, disciplined, independent and be able to follow directions well.
*Parents, please remember that this is an audition process and that GFW will only be accepting a limited number to participate in the runway show. All applicants must have parent or legal guardian’s permission to apply, and must be at the audition to sign a waiver or the model will not be permitted to audition.
*The application fee is nonrefundable.
#5 HOW DO I PREPARE FOR AUDITIONS?
All models are required to bring one 5×7 color headshot and full body shot to the auditions. Practice your walk, poses, and presentation!
#6 IF MY CHILD / TWEEN IS SELECTED FOR AN AUDITION, WHEN/HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED?
All applicants will be notified via email*, if selected to attend auditions. The email confirmation will include: date, time, location and assigned time to register. Audition times are at the sole discretion of Greenville Fashion Week.
Models will audition on Sunday, December 3, 2023. Times will vary based on number of applicants. Notification of audition times will be sent November 25, 2023.
*All GFW correspondence is done via e-mail. Be sure the email address on your application is correct otherwise you will NOT receive information from GFW.
#7 WHAT DO I WEAR TO AUDITIONS?
Models must wear denim pants and solid white shirt with shoes of their choice. Natural makeup, no jewelry, and hair pulled back away from face.
#8 IF SELECTED AS A GFW MODEL, WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
All Child/ Tween models are required to attend Model Training Day on Sunday, March 3, 2024 rehearsal the afternoon of Friday, April 5, 2024 and attend fittings with March 24th, 29th or April 1st. These dates are MANDATORY in order to participate.
The Child/ Tween Runway Shows will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024.
#9 HOW MANY TIMES WILL MY CHILD WALK IF I AM SELECTED?
Greenville Fashion Week only guarantees that each selected model will walk once.
#10 WHERE WILL FITTINGS AND REHEARSALS BE HELD? WHAT DATES AND WHAT TIMES?
All events will take place in Greenville, South Carolina. Exact location and time will be sent to models via e-mail at a later date. Time-blocks are assigned by and at the sole discretion of GFW. Mark your calendar NOW for the following:
Model Training Day: Sunday, March 3, 2024
Fittings: March 24th, 29th or April 1st
Rehearsal: Friday afternoon, April 5, 2024
Runway Show- Saturday afternoon, April 6, 2024
#11 ARE THERE ANY FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS TO PARTICIPATE AS A MODEL?
GFW requires a nonrefundable processing application fee of $35 to apply. All models are also responsible for any and all costs associated with auditions, rehearsals, fittings, and time during week of the event including all transportation to/from Greenville, meals, lodging, and parking fees.
#12 IF SELECTED FOR A SPECIAL EVENT, PHOTOSHOOT, OR RUNWAY SHOW, WILL TRAVEL TO/FROM GREENVILLE AND ACCOMMODATIONS BE COVERED?
All models are responsible for travel to/from Greenville and lodging the week of GFW. Visit the GFW website for hotel partners and our host hotel, who may offer a preferred rate.
#13 WILL I RECEIVE A TICKET TO THE EVENT AS A GFW MODEL?
Models or parents do not receive a ticket to GFW.
